Refund Policy

Physical Products (Paintings, Art Supplies etc.)

Refunds are only eligible for products received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide relevant photographs or evidence for verification.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

Online Classes & Digital Content

Due to the digital nature of online classes, recorded sessions, downloadable resources, and educational content, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refund requests for technical issues or duplicate payments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellation Policy

Product Orders

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever occurs first. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Online Classes

Class registrations may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. After this period, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Return Policy

Physical products may be returned only if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

Customers may be required to provide photos of the product before return approval is granted.

Items such as customized artwork, commissioned paintings, digital downloads, and online course materials are not eligible for return.
